We’ve created a truly memorable ‘cello’ using our Ambrosian gin to extract the essential oils from fresh mandarin zest, the juice of those mandarins is used to further enhance the flavors. A perfect after dinner digestif to share with friends and family. 

Tasting Notes - the nose and front palate of bright mandarin gives way to a subtle influence of warm ginger spice and white sesame from the Ambrosian gin before a well rounded finish of delicious mandarin sweetness.
