We’ve used the zest of these fruits to steep in high proof triple-filtered wheat spirit to maximise the extraction of beautifully intense grapefruit oils before utilising additional fresh grapefruit in the final stage of distillation. This unique product is sweetened to perfect balance and can be used to elevate any triple sec based cocktail including the perfect margarita.
