Premium red wine contributions from leading Macedon Ranges wineries have been Matured in our ex-Animus whisky barrel for 18 months. 

Tawny port and raisin notes from the whisky barrel greet you on the front palate and give rise to soft, earthy spice and smooth, juicy tannins with a sweet dried citrus undercurrent that then usher in a long, dry, sherry infused finish.
