This piece of South East Asian inspired heaven combines our citrus forward, ginger and galangal spiced Ambrosian gin steeped with fresh pandan leaf for two weeks. 

The exotic flavours of pandan perfectly complement the vibrant makrut leaf of Ambrosian Gin to produce a uniquely herbaceous, nutty and citrus oil mouthfeel. 

We recommend pairing this with Fever Tree elderflower tonic as the resulting flavour combination explodes the mandarin lemon and lime across the front palate while the pandan moves through the finish.
