Distilled in small batches and matured for 12 months, steeped with pineapple deconstructed into rind, flesh, and juice.  This perfect botanical combination was created to support and complement fresh pineapple with our uniquely South East Asian inspired blend of ginger, turmeric and galangal. To highlight the sweetness of summer fruit we have balanced citrus, makrut, pineapple sage, lemon verbena, lemon myrtle, with sesame for texture and mouthfeel.

Australia's finest pineapples were exchanged frequently throughout the process to maximise the juicy freshness of his rich amber libation. Final dilution was achieved with the addition of pressed fresh pineapple juice that brings vibrancy and perfect balance to the intense flavour of this release
