We have long loved the rich mandarin oils, the layers of exotic makrut leaves and soft ginger in our Ambrosian Gin and through the constant experimentation at our cocktail lounge, our innovative team have been searching for new ways to elevate it further.

We were privileged to be able to secure some exclusive premium ex-Moscato Giallo barrels from Musk Lane Wines for this latest expression. We are really impressed with the way the soft vanilla and coconut of these barrels has gently integrated with the tropical south east asian flavours of our Ambrosian Gin. 

We have kept the barrel contribution light on this unique expression, to achieve a delicious harmony between all the elements. The sweet stonefruit of the Moscato Giallo swirls with the bright mandarin and spice of Ambrosian, underpinned by the soft vanilla, butterscotch and caramel of the oak to create a taste journey unlike any other from the team at Animus.
