We recommend craft tonics with relatively low sugar, to allow the space to complement the complexity and depth of flavour in Animus gins. Given the range and diversity of botanicals in our gins, there is plenty of room to get creative with garnishes to complement or highlight various flavour elements, so feel free to experiment!
