Animus Distillery Distillery Door and Cocktail Lounge is located at 1/89A Piper Street, Kyneton. After searching far and wide throughout Victoria, we finally found the perfect space in Central Victorias's Kyneton. Just one hour north of Melbourne, and in the centre of the gourmet food and wine region of Macedon Ranges, this buzzing town is quickly becoming Central Victoria's hottest weekend getaway location, and Piper Street is where it's at.

Distillery
Our gin production has moved to Kyneton, right at our distillery door and cocktail lounge on Piper Street, where you can watch us prepare the botanicals, charge the boiler and collect our precious distillate as it pours fresh from our still. Every step of our process is on display so you can know exactly how we create out hand crafted, award winning gins.
